Applications will be submitted in the Spring of the year prior to attendance.
Step 1: Students interested in applying to a Shared-Time Program should submit an online application.

Step 2: Applicant will provide home school counselor with signed Student Records Release Form
Step 3: Counselor will complete high school portion of Student Records Release Form and submit with requested documents directly to the UCVTS Shared-Time Admissions Office.
UCVTS Shared-Time Admissions Office will notify applicant and counselor of receipt of application and supporting materials.
UCVTS Shared-Time Admissions Office will notify applicant and counselor of missing application or supporting materials no later than two weeks prior to application deadline.
Application deadline is March 15, 2017.
