2. Combination or key lock for student's locker. The locker will be used to store uniforms, safety glasses, clothes, books and personal items.

3. Notebook and a folder. Students will be expected to take notes.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR!
I will be using a free cell phone app called REMIND for both iPhones and androids.  It is an app that will allow me to communicate with parents and students without exchanging cell phone numbers between students and myself. I will be posting homework and assignment reminders as well as class announcements on it. I will be giving out directions on how to sign up the first week of school or see the link at top left of this page.

ASE Maintenance and Light Repair Fundamentals prepares students to diagnose and repair today's automobiles. Areas of instruction include safety, the use of hand and power tools, basic car service auto preparation and maintenance, engine principals, brakes, fuel, cooling and exhaust systems, shop management, as well as the use of shop computers using industry preferred software such as Mitchell on Demand. Students also work on skills needed to find and maintain employment. Students are being prepared for entry-level positions in the automotive industry. Students may also choose to continue their education in Auto Technology in order to become certified ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) technicians.
